Leadership | Advisory Board
The work of SREE is guided by an advisory board comprised of leading national
researchers. Individuals who serve on the board are recognized as highly accomplished
researchers in education, social policy, and in the social and behavioral sciences.
SREE’s Board provides guidance related to key decisions about the development
of SREE’s intellectual focus, the range of the organization’s sponsored
activities, and the creation of SREE’s self-sustaining governance structure.
During the formative years of SREE, prior to the creation of formal offices
(e.g., President, Vice President), the leadership the Board provides will be
instrumental in SREE’s success. The full board meets annually to establish
priorities related to the development of SREE.
